Our strategy aims at constantly improving the professional skills and management competence of our staff. LLB Group invested around CHF 1.9 million for training and professional education in 2009. At the end of 2008, we updated our training support guidelines. The revision to reflect the latest developments in professional training has proven very successful in practice.
A contribution of CHF 70'000.– was made to the Sport and Hobby Club in support of sport and leisure activities for LLB employees.
